​All registrations will made through our website. We no longer offer registrations in person or by phone.

Payment in full is required with your registration for all classes plus a $100 non-refundable registration free.
This fee includes one roundtrip Shepler's Ferry ticket to the island and two horse drawn carriage tickets (to & from) Mission Point Resort.
​
If you have a spouse or additional guest that is attending but not registering for classes; they are welcome to pay the $100 registration fee to
have their ferry ticket and carriage tickets held along with the group OR they can purchase their tickets independently at the time of arrival.​​
All class attendees are required to stay at Mission Point Resort.
​
MEALS:
​
Saturday night rate includes Saturday Evening Cocktail Reception, Welcome, Dinner & Lecture along with lunch buffet on Sunday. ​​
Sunday - Thursday night rates include an assortment of breakfast items, a lunch buffet, afternoon snacks & soda on the following day.
​There is no food or snack service included prior to the Opening Reception on Saturday April 26th.
Food service will end after lunch/afternoon snacks Friday May 2nd, with no food or snack service offered on Saturday May 3rd.
Additional meals or costs will be at your own expense. ​

Retreat with us on beautiful Mackinac Island. if you'd like to spend the week with us working on your own projects, we have 20 work
spaces available to rent. We'll reserve a workspace for you Saturday April 26 from 9:00am until Thursday at 10:00 pm. We'll have a
power strip at each table. Please plan on bringing any supplies you'll need for your project (iron, portable ironing board, cutting mat
and rotary cutter, etc).
Your hotel reservations should be made directly with Mission Point Resort. Your Saturday night room reservation will include the
Welcome Cocktail Reception, Dinner and Lecture with Pat Pauly. See above for additional "meals" information included in your
room rate.
In addition to booking a (23) Open Sew "Retreat" Reservation, you'll need to purchase the (01) Registration and Ferry Ticket. This covers your Shepler's Ferry ticket to and from the island. A horse-drawn carriage will await you on the dock to transport you to the resort. Your luggage will be transported to Mission Point for you. If you give your ticket stub to the front deck, they'll place your things in your room.
If you're registering with friends, make a note on your reservation so we can be sure to seat you together.

CANCELATION POLICY:
​
The registration fee of $100 is non-refundable.​​
Any changes in classes must be received in writing before February 26, 2025.
There will be a $50 fee if you request a class change after registering.
As classes fill, we will create a waiting list for each class.
You may not transfer your registration, or sell your space without first contacting Carmen Hartwig to see if there is a waiting list.​​
Refunds for class cancellations are given only if we can fill your space from this list.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to April 26, 2025.
​Online payment returns are subject to a $50 fee. ​​
WAITLIST: Message us via GET IN TOUCH if you're not able to get into your desired class.
These will be time stamped and enable us to place you on a waitlist.

If it is necessary for Cousin’s Quilt Shop to cancel this seminar due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, or cancel a
lecture/workshop due to insufficient enrollment, your full payment will be refunded within 30 days.
Carmen Hartwig as Event Coordinator and Cousin’s Quilt Shop will not be responsible illness, injury, loss or damage to personal property,
including classroom supplies while you attend QAS.
